Return Policy:

In the event that the customer is late in receiving his shipments from the shipping companies within a maximum period of 48 hours, our store disclaims responsibility for any defect resulting from the products.

The store will not bear the costs of shipping and return unless the customer receives a product other than the one he ordered or there is a manufacturing defect in the product and not misuse. In this case, we will take care of the shipping and return costs free of charge via Aramex.

The replacement product shall be shipped within two working days from the date of informing the customer of the condition of the product.
